Good morning Secretary,Most of the early care community are in this area of workforce because we care about the wellbeing of all NM children. I believe SB 283 is great for all children and we would like to include in the bill that Child Find gives intervention and help for only social emotional support. And also, the department provides the funds for 1:1 to provide the care and teach the child with challenging behaviors deserves. Of course, after we exhaust all analysis: teacher, classroom, family dynamics, etc.

With our current ratios we cannot do anything to keep the rest of the children safe when a child is having a melt down and chairs and materials are flying across the classrooms.

I will personally miss her, she was my mentor and she cared truly cared about children and about the teachers.

As you know, when we refer a child with challenging behaviors (3 - 5 yo) to Child Find, most of the time children do not qualify because they need to have two developmental delay to receive services. It is imperative that the 283 bill includes that children with social-emotional delays receive early childhood intervention support.

May she rest in peace, she will be missed.

Johny thank you for what your organization is doing. There are statistics that shows that the number one issue in society and incarcerations are because the absence of the father in the live of children.

excellent program hope men really take advantage of this opportunity. this kind of program are needed

I greatly appreciate Johnny's deep understanding of family differences and parenting while also calling out the fragility of fathers or men in children's lives. He is so thoughtful and a great leader from whom we learn!
